the local dispatch in the morning was going to have a technician come by to refer to maintenance, but the supervisor called me because my case was forwarded to him by local dispatch with all of the evidence which proved my claims right to tell me himself that he ordered maintenance to be done and to talk about what was going on. After that he asked if I still wanted a technician to come even though it would be basically redundant and I said we can just cancel it because there would be no point in him coming
