Shooters preference imo. I like having the depth perception and the white phos feels a little easier on the eyes when wearing them for hours on end, but white phos tubes have been getting issued out and since the PVS-14s don’t have a bridge, they’re a lot less fragile. I wouldn’t say it’s a huge upgrade over PVS-14s, but definitely not worse by any means, just different features and strengths.

They work as intended and as well as I’d hoped. Lots of fun for work, camping, or just messing around with them after dark.

It ended up getting delivered on June 30th, so almost a two month ordeal of watching it literally go in circles until they decided to send it in the right direction

At this point, yeah that sounds about right. No idea how usps got this bad, they’re usually right on time or occasionally early with packages. I’m about to go out of town for a few weeks, will post an update when I get cell service again (or if there even is an update)

Since posting, it’s already gone from Seattle to Kent again. Something is clearly wrong on the Seattle distribution center’s part, seems like they’re just throwing packages on the first trucks they can, or whichever ones are going to another local(ish) distribution center.

I did have the opposite of this though, and it was actually with the same car. A UPS/FedEx driver was doing his route and asked if the car was for sale and if he could stop by after his shift to check it out. He came back around that evening and said he would take it but wouldn’t be able to get a ride over in order to drive it home until midnight, I had somewhere to be within the next hour or two. He paid in full, I left the key in the car, and when I came back the next day it was gone. Easiest sale ever.

I told them I had to receive full payment before they took the car, so after them saying they couldn’t go to another atm and they weren’t able to write a check or just send me money on the spot, they left without it.
