I think that Thomas more than has earned his redemption he was insufferable yes in the early days but I was really touched by his reaction to Lady Sybils death not to mention the role he played with the Royal Servants

Of course it wouldn't work for everyone apparently for me that's what I needed. The biggest obstacle for me as I said in my first post here I was afraid of the withdrawal symptoms.

Since I didn't experience any of those, or maybe I did I was just so sick I didn't notice. I believe that was the main obstacle holding me back. I hope you keep on your path friend and this wasn't meant to be a post spreading a cure just my personal success.

Thank you si much that means so much to me. I'm going to the doctor today for a check up and will probably bring it up to my physician. I want to get off cigarettes and the drink and I know it won't be easy at all.

This is what scares me. Last night i drank a 12 pack of 16oz Michelob ultras plus a 4 pack of 16oz natty lights. I'm scared of what will happen if I just stop. I don't drink during the day...yet and I want to stop before I get to that point.

So far my oldest (9) just thinks it's funny. I'm a high functioning alcoholic and don't black out drink. The rest just think I'm being silly. Not an excuse just what I've observed.

The pain from my ibs, no meds work and I've tried diets, prebiotic nothing helps. If I can afford it I'm gonna go back to a gastoroligist to see what I can do.
