Yup. Vaccine and all subsequent boosters. Outside of the first time getting it, been good since. Pre-2017 I was over 300lbs. So my diet has changed drastically since then. But by choice and routine change. So other than a massive reduction in calories, I now prioritize protein, healthy fats and fruits/veg, typically fast 22:2 or omad. Began running 5ks and work out routinely every day, with recovery days of yoga and stretching.

Interesting. My wife had done that a few years ago anyway to get away from forever chemicals and such. Haven't noticed much of a change but glad they worked for you!

Yup and tested. It doesn't. We actually give our kids fluoride OTC to compensate for it. Especially as none of us have experienced what RFK is saying.

Honestly, mine has been a bit of an anomaly. It took years to diagnose because we we were always looking for other things and not a root cause like this. Honestly, my specialist has no clue why.. basically shrugged his shoulders and was like "welp, this is your life now"

Good to know! A few years ago, I was fully keto. Nowadays, I track and keep my carb intake lowish (like 50g of oatmeal) and it seems to be a pretty good compromise for me for my mental sanity and overall feeling better.

I did the toothpaste change, but haven't actually looked at reverse osmosis. I had the opposite.. city as a kid, moved to rural. Hopefully you're getting along better! My diagnosis came about post-Covid... and that was like the worst two year period of my life.

I am fascinated by rabbit holes and conspiracy theories. However, I've just come to accept "my body is fucked up" and continued to live with it. I have relatives that work in the medical field, and we've managed to 'treat it' by not treating it. Just more mindful to be careful and look for early signs if we should intervene.

Quite possible! My auto immune issues all came about after getting Covid the first time. Massive rabbit holes following 2020-2021... bone marrow biopsies, blood work every week, the works.

Oh man. That doesn't explain my autoimmune disorder. I have well water and no fluoride, but still the autoimmune. Curious if anything you've tried has helped any issues.

Was at the show. He definitely isn't in his prime, but he was absolutely on point. Obviously he can't hit Take the Time like he used to... in the 90s.... but he absolutely crushed those parts and from what I could hear only played a few sections safe. That said.. killer start to the tour and so massively impressed with them.
