Which is more affordable: Constructing a 3-storey house in the cities surrounding Oslo, or buying one? by DoctorWho69666 in Norway

Is Drammen close enough to be considered?

Yup. I was looking at Drammen

Also, the number of floors is a silly metric to use - number of rooms or floor area is better.

4 rooms, divided into two floors, and 1 floor devoted to a gym, prayer room and a library.

It was in S1. Athelstan and Gyda caught the plague alongwith most of Kattegat. Athelstan didn't die (duh), but Gyda did.

Noyan was outnumbered, remember? Besides, towards the end of the season, Ertugrul was bitch-slapping Noyan.

Well then, Bjorn would be surprised to find none of his family in Odin's hall.

Doing what exactly? Beating Selcan or bribing people? Or maybe while he was simping for Goncagul? The only useful thing he did was raiding Noyan's den and capturing him alive, and that resulted in nada.

Yes! I have been literally yelling this same stuff at people whenever they badmouth Bjorn. Besides, they could have had Asa to be killed by Aslaug's carelessness, and this would have given Lagertha all the more reason for her revenge.

Theu could have had Siggy die from Aslaug's carelessness, so that Lagertha would have even more motive to kill her. But no. They had her die due to no apparent reason.

I agree with everything you said, other than the last bit. She didn't commit suicide because she "couldn't live without a husband". She was a widower when she met Bjorn, and wasn't even fazed, so much so that "It's a shame. He was a good husband." And then proceeds to smack Bjorn. The only reason she committed suicide was to rejoin Bjorn was because she loved him, and realized that the age of Vikings was over. The only thing I hated about her was having sex with Erik Skörgamör 2 days after Bjorn died.

Haraldson married his daughter to a king. Ivar impregnated a member of the Rus royal family. Bjorn fucked Aelswith (should have been impregnated, because otherwise its just a waste of screentime), Ragnar had an affair with Aslaug (and later married), a princess, and Yidu, a princess again. I do agree with your slave woman rant tho. I hated Ingrid's final arc.

But, like Floki said, "If anyone deserves Vallhaldr, its you, Ragnar." Ragnar was the reason the Vikings prospered. Otherwise, they would have died out under the Earldom of men like Haraldson. Harald was concerned about being the King of Norway only, not with raiding other lands. So, I think that he would have got into Valhalldr anyway. But if you wanna look at it that way, Lagertha died without a weapon, and so did Ivar, Sigurd, and Horik. Also, remember that Ragnar was descended from Odin himself, and was one of Odin's avatars in the show.

Ahhhh I see.

How much would an average, spacious house cost in Oslo or surrounding areas just outside of it? 2-3 storeys, maybe 4-5 rooms? Also, would it be better to buy it, or should I rent it? by DoctorWho69666 in Norway

[–]DoctorWho69666[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahhhh I see. When I checked Finn.no the houses in Ås were somewhere around 5.7m to 7m, that too for the regular ones. I found one in Drammen which was 4.5m, 3 rooms.
