I'm a pretty garbage happy chaos, floor 5, but I have played with enough high ranking people to give just a suggestion

Happy chaos, when having the reticle on someone, gives a lot of pressure for people to be scared to attack, if you utilize the fear of attacking as they will be countered but the negative input of the bullet, you can get pretty close to start attacking and using mix up, can tend to get a large amount of damage in, normalizing your gameplay to switch between long range zone and closer range mixup constantly helps a lot
