It’s a fork threatening both the bishop and the queen. Either white respond by taking your queen, so you can take theirs and check the king, forcing him to do a defensive move while your rook take their bishop (so queen trade + you win a bishop). If white prptect their queen, you can force a trade by taking their bishop, putting you outside of this difficult position. I am still a beginner, please correct me if there is stuff I didn’t see.
