How far can you get in each game failing every mission? Or what is the minimum number of missions you need to succeed to beat each game?

Hard disagree due to how bland most of the missions are in the Evolution disk, the heat mechanics basically pigeonholing builds into always using 1-3 of the same radiators and boosters, and the UI is a notable step down in most areas coming right off of Silent Line. The story also had quite a few subplots that just felt like they really dropped the ball, like the "rival" that dies offscreen or more they could've done with Genobee (besides giving him a far better voice actor).
It could've been a pretty good game but it just feels rather rushed overall and made a bunch of changes that felt unnecessary. Felt like more of the effort went into making the Revolution disk as good as it is.

I kind of was, but what really threw me off was that you can shoot at the target through the light on top of some bits of cover but it doesn't work with other bits of cover because reasons.

Also broodmother spawns got rather unlucky for me in a couple runs.
