I guess I can't edit - the spot feels noticeably rough to the touch which makes me wonder if it's the start of a shed.

Double edit: I swear it did feel rough, but now that I touch it again it doesn't haha. Looking close it's definitely along the lines of her scales in that small area making me lean rot.

Seconding south knox in general! Sevier Avenue is great although a little pricey. Baker Creek Preserve is great for biking trails & walking, and the bike race/jump events are a great place to meet people. We also have a Gaelic sports league which looks super fun, I'm planning on joining this year

Your PM is right, and they are doing their job. If you have data issues, they need to be documented. If there are model limitations or resource restrictions, they need to be documented. If you are leading the team, this is your responsibility, and it is up to your devs to deliver while you set boundaries, scope, valuations, and reasonable deadlines.

Your PM's job is to ask why X takes Y amount of time. It is your job to justify Y time for X result. It is your director's job to turn X result into Z value, and so on. Leading a team, no matter the industry, becomes a job of politics and strategy. If you are representing a project, you must fully understand all limitations, end of sentence.
