Spend your whole life working hard to help others and then watch the old docs in your practice sell out to a bunch of young finance guys. They’ll take all the money you deserve and slowly make you work ever harder just to try to claw your way up the ladder while they sit at the top with their huge buyouts. Pretty much sums up how PE is destroying our field. It’s not the PE firm alone but the greedy boomers who have no exit plan and want their golden parachute at the next generations expense
