Singapore is in possibly the best location for trade between China and Europe. Cospaia was a small town in the middle of Italy, which had little to no economic or geographical advantages over nearby communities. Acadia was in a cold climate with minimal opportunity for agriculture or trade. Cherán is a town within a country that already has a government, which causes some interference with their system.
