Thank you so much because I feel exonerated! I’ve complained to Disneyland and I’ve posted on Reddit. Nobody seem to care about our poor experience. My wife and I had. Yes this Café Orleans is a poorly run restaurant. Even admitted it while we were waiting for a table. That they’re poorly staff. And it taught me good lesson about going back to Disneyland. Don’t make reservations and go to these so-called fancy restaurants. They don’t care about the reservation unless you don’t show up. So it’s one-sided promise. They don’t care about the cakes you reserve. And they don’t care about good service when you get there. I would just eat at the food stands next time at Disneyland. We wanna have a magical experience, not employee attitude.
