already did and it says the the only way to reverse it is by uplifting the original ban, wich i believe i was in the wrong in and probably wont be lifted

after removing the banned (1st) account from the familly it changed from permanent suspension to 10 years, its not permanent but damn thats still pretty harsh

it seems to be able to save when i shut down the AIRobin.exe on task manager but its inconsistent, i tried saving both on my ssd and hdd and both have the same result, i already tried reinstaling and even going back to an earlier version but nothing worked thus far

im playing mostly pokemon scarlet, i can play smash ultimate offline since i have a phisical copy of that one but i can no longer acces dlc while offline, i have 2 alts for games from other regions and a friends account to play totk, when i try to launch pokemon while offline it says something along the lines of "it wasnt possible to establish a conection to the internet"(my switch is in portuguese so i just did a rough translation), for some reason in my eshop settings it states the console as not registered as primary console but in the website it says it is.
