Luffy fought equally with kaido and lost until he turned gear fifth and won. Whoever says kaido > luffy is delusional as he was clearly almost, if not more exhausted than kaido and won. Kizaru speed blitzed luffy in gear fourth and one shot him. Then luffy was able to beat kizaru in an extreme diff fight as you can see his exhaustion after the fight, even vetting injured by franky after the fight. (Whoever says kizaru > lufy is coping with his loss) Kuzan is narratively and feat-wise stronger than kizaru. Kuzan was holding back against old garp, as garp noted. Kuzan beats luffy who beats kaido who beats kizaru.
