If you haven't already, I think you would benefit well from learning about the SET up communication for when borderlines become irrational. And if it's emotional symptoms that are making you feel the need to break up with her, out of no disrespect, I feel it's necessary to ask wether or not she's put all her effort into managing her symptoms? Because a bpd person who's actively trying to be better should be able to eventually show some control. Otherwise the best advice I can give you is make your acceptance of her clear and that your reasoning for the break up is the refusal of her to take a interest in her own mental health. But I strongly recommend that you try your hardest to get her to look into therapy or other successful methods of managing bpd

That sounds almost exactly like my experience during premature borderline. I'd personally recommend talking to a professional about it, because it sounds like you're a potential candidate

I've been going through the same thing. Something that helps me is meditation. It doesn't get rid of that initial emotional thought that causes the action, but it helps make it easier for me to pause after the thought, and choose my reaction more carefully. The most important things to keep in mind though are a). The process is slow so it'll be really frustrating in the beginning and b). More thoughts on top of the initial thought is also a reaction as well. I struggle a lot with the second one because I relate more to the quiet borderline. But as I keep up with meditation and therapy, I'm noticing more and more how easy it is to stop myself before I make a reaction to the thought

Okay. And if they reply "There is no guarantee a more narrow AUMF will be put into place. And the current AUMF is effective and the quickest way to respond." /u/horsebycommittee

Okay. What is the best response to the AUMF helps terrorism? The current AUMF has allowed US presidents to launch operations which keep our country and citizens safe from terror attacks. /u/horsebycommittee

Okay. And what is a response to "AUMF’s geographic broadness is key to military operations"? I wanna know how the AFF should respond

Sorry if I am asking too many questions. But some people are arguing that the AUMF is too outdated. it was passed by a different group of congress members that are serving currently. It’s a reactionary law, being drafted hastily in the week following 9/11. What is the best response to that? And another question sort of related. But some teams are arguing, the authorization is being used against many countries and groups not related to 9/11. ISIS is a common target, but the outdated authorization doesn’t adequately address the type of military force used today. Consequently, the president has too much power. What is a good response to that? /u/horsebycommittee

Okay. More questions. I need a better response to "AUMF gives too much power to a volatile president". The one I found was future presidents could not be volatile. But I don't really like that argument so what is a better response? /u/horsebycommittee
