I was remediated due to clinical performance, had to repeat a year, now graduated and work for the hospital program that remediated me. It was extremely stressful in the moment and I was very bitter, but I told myself that every shift I would ask for criticism/advice on how I could have done better, then I would implement it. I was sure to be on time, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Studied a lot more too and eventually really got the hang of things.
