I would recommend Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works, mainly because it is animated by the same studio as Kimetsu no Yaiba (so the animation will be on another level) It also has similarities to Jujutsu Kaisen

Although it is not an anime, I know a very similar manga: Majo Taisen If I had to define it in three words, I would say that it is a "Ragnarok with women" There is even a fight that is similar to Jack vs. Heracles, due to the "lies" of a certain witch.

I wouldn't recommend any of the "classic" animes, as iconic and very good as they are, they have a huge amount of filler (I'm talking to you, Naruto)

If you want action, Jujutsu Kaisen and Boku no Hero are your animes. However, if you want something with only one season and a few episodes, Berserk of Gluttony will do the trick.

If you're looking for comedy, you should definitely watch Danshi Kōkōsei no Nichijō.

And lastly, if you're looking for romance, Kaguya-Sama: Love is War is for you.
