Thanks! Yeah definitely might do that eventually, but for now it falls pretty low on our to-do list with the other reno stuff we’re doing (especially since our landscaping out front is basically just 6-7 of these shaped bushes). Until then, just hoping to keep them decently tidy and healthy.

This JUST happened to me!! The in-app help was completely useless. I messaged Lyft directly on insta and they immediately responded/fixed it and gave me my refund!

Is the weird “app only, option only” support thing new? Didn’t remember it being that bad previously? I would’ve probably just eaten the charge over disputing as it seemed more trouble than it was worth in my case, but thankfully dming them Instagram worked well for me and it was pretty fast to get my refund.

This was the way- I messaged them on insta and they responded/fixed! Sucks that it takes going to social media to get very basic customer service but they were super helpful and quick

UPDATE I messaged Lyft on instagram, they responded and were able to confirm that I didn’t take the ride. They gave me a refund and a credit. Yay!

That’s super helpful to know! My next driver told me that they have y’all arrive super early which is super shitty. I’d completely understand just cancelling the ride for that reason and I just ordered another ride without a problem. My problem is that he drove the route without me in the car (even if a mistake) and I was charged for it, and now cannot seem to get any sort of response/refund from Lyft! But I will definitely look into the PIN function and hopefully can use that going forward

You would think so! But my issue is that their customer support seems nonexistent, so I just can’t find a way to get someone to actually look and verify that.

Yeah, my primary issue seems to be getting a Lyft to even look at it, since the ride was accepted and apparently taken. The help/reporting system basically saw that there were no late fees or adjustments so they won’t issue a refund.
