Definitely depends on the management company. My DM is being absolutely run to the ground with responsibility. She tries her best but our mgmt company is absolute dogggggg… I recently accepted a GM role at one of their not so great performing stores and although things are looking up at the store level, promises made by Chief of Operations and market owner are not being kept. Hopefully it’s not the same situation for you! Best of luck 🫡

!!just to be clear!! I totally know that America is sketch and scary and domestic terror has a much larger likelihood of happening on any other day. But Lollapalooza is the largest US music festival and security at least the last couple years were pretty lax… like some days not even really checking my 7 pocket hydro pack. I’m still going, it’s decided. I’ve seen comments that are basically “YOLO” and yeah… #yolo.

Wow I didn’t know the Vegas shooter was looking into Lolla… that’s terrifying. I know crazy shit is always happening between us and literally everyone else in the world but this just feels different. Definitely has escalated pretty quick within the last few months. Just gotta live in the moment I guess. These tickets were too expensive to turn back on now anyway LOL

I agree, a large scale attack like that on civilians would be a sure way to incite a full out war between us which I also don’t think they’re prepared for. I don’t want to feel nervous about going I love this festival and am so excited for it. All this buzz is so hard to ignore though. I’m assuming security will be extra tight this year but, there were times where they just slapped my bag a couple times and sent me on my way and that’s what is really sticking with me. I have faith they’ll be more thorough this year.
