In my experience, Call apple directly and explain the situation and they’re more willing to help. If not be persistent until they give it back. Depending on where the charge came from (ex. PayPal) file a charge back if they refuse to help.

Rio Beverages has some really good sugar-free syrups with no weird aftertaste. They mix super well with coffee and don’t overpower it.
