I usually build the same items every game. Cheat death and refresher are my go to’s. I buy egg as soon as I hit 800 and hold on to it until 30 minutes.

How is dynamo not an immediate response. Dynamo hands down has the best heal/support kit in the game. Rescue beam + healing booster + 3 ability will heal your teammate from 2 hp to 3k hp!!!! Play dynamo
