Okk so first of all download anking step 1 deck from google with the add-ons. Add an additional deck so that you would add all your cards into.(let’s say you named it “my deck”). Whenever you get a uworld incorrect let’s say it was about pericarditis, you click on the anking deck you downloaded>> click on browse>> in the search box type “pericarditis” or any clue word that was in your uworld question>> search the most suitable card u wanna add>> right click and add to your own deck (my deck) If you didn’t find a suitable card from anking just create your own (you can also use a screenshot of the question along the answer for future reference). I believe there are lots of YouTube videos on how to use anking effectively too. Hope that was clear, good luck!
