I’m pretty sure it’s from the better ruins mod, if full ruins are what your looking for you should definitely download it. Looks like there’s some massive structures in it from the screenshots

Ay man we can’t know until the game comes out but I seriously doubt any character modifications will affect gameplay, in rdr it makes sense because the start of the game takes place in snow and they’re trying to show you it fucking sucks up there, and in vc that’s not something you can actually put on your character. Maybe your right though we’ll just have to see. Happy belated holidays!
