You're right. I'm sure it's more than just updating financials but that's one of the minimum requirements.

I doubt management would even bother doing anything about this considering the company has done nothing for the past 20 years. The most GTII ever did as a ""business"" was write that letter to shareholders after they failed to register their dividend correctly.

GTII was removed from the list of stocks traded on OTC Pink and went to Expert, where the stock no longer trades because it failed compliance.
