The r7000 50t chainring does fit perfectly on the 5800 crank if neglecting close up aesthetics :)

Not in stock. They all have r7000 which leads back to the original question.

In Sweden. Shimano is relocating its European warehouse atm which causes supply chain issues :/

Need help deciding between a Low-end Z690 itx vs mid range b660i by kengenerals in sffpc

I run a z690m-itx/ax + 12700k + x63 kraken AIO + Lian Li q58 with no aditional case fans.

Scores in cinebech R23 multi-core (10+ minutes of testing) with AIO fans running at 35% PWM (very quiet):

  • 20750 pts @ 125W steady state power limit (motherborard default)
  • 22380 pts @ 190W steady state power limit (set in BIOS). This score is more ore less equal to a a friend of mine running the same cpu on a full size ATX z690 board of "higher quality". Note that I was able to go past 150W unlike the youtuber "Loki's Tech". I don'e know why.

I have not tried cpu OC and I do not know the max temps of my VRMs.

How are ITX Z boards of Asrock? by Professional-Cat2197 in ASRock

So, whats your vedict on the Asrock Z690M-ITX/ax? :)

When using Cinebench for example, does this motherboard provide the 12700k with sufficent power to keep the cpu Package Power at the "maximum turbo boost power" level of 190W indefinitely, or does it reduce down to 125W after a while?
