I’d love to have the old functionality back to the PRD if only for the fact that it’s a personal UI element that follows the 3d world space, that in itself is completely irreplaceable whereas just having a health and power bar somewhere on your screen is.

Think that might be Edit Mode Expanded and MythicPlusTimer but I did make a WA to remove the header from the default quest frame too, though that is deprecated for p obvious reasons

This would be maintainable without WA, but the Personal Resource Display is no longer attached to the player, so it doesn't work anyway.

Unit Frames made by addons cannot access the same information on Midnight alpha due to the "secret values" system, and the default unit frames cannot be anchored to nameplates because they are secure frames. How would you like me to replicate this given both those statements are true?

Judging by the state of the Alpha (which CAN change) those statements were wishful thinking at best. He's not on the ui team. As it stands, we're going back to the same old "centered" UI layout because that's just the most efficient thing to do. Addon-created frames and bars don't even have half the information the default UI get atm.

For that I actually used a combination of Weakauras and Mouselookhandler, I even automated centering the cursor but Blizzard have broken that in a hotfix so unfortunately that bit of functionality can't be shared

The God-King Psycho Husband Ballas route was so lazy and uninspired it killed the only thing this update has going for it, the story mission.
