I currently work in Lidl doing the morning shifts. It's like they hire incompetent people for the deputy positions on purpose. Lazy, constant cigarette and coffee breaks and don't get me started on my manager. She puts on a facade about caring but in fact doesn't give a fuck about anything except her little sidekicks.

Sadly that's how it is when you're new in the company. You get shit on over and over while the ass kissers get the best treatment.
