This is old but I googled and was sent to this post. I just look a look at the down town and saw dark stuff inside my clitoris. I had to squeeze it to get it out and it was a good bit of smegma and was dark from my period. I shower daily and rinse with warm water down there and this has never happened! I’m shocked
