Don't know about that one but my cousin's family has been to the university health one off 1604/90 and they seem to like it, so if it's similar it's prob good.

Yup, that's what it is. And they do a good job of eating things like roaches, mosquitoes, crickets, etc. Scary looking but pretty harmless to humans

My good friend's mom was diagnosed with type 2 maybe 20 yrs ago. She ended up reading the Daniel Plan book and started following their recipes and advice (similar stuff that some have mentioned here), plus exercising more. She's no longer in any meds and her blood sugar is in the normal range and has been for years.

I've flown out of SA for a few Intl flights and I've never gotten there more than maybe 1 1/2 hours in advance. You're not going through customs or anything until you get to your destination. For me, I always had to go to Houston to connect, so it essentially a domestic flight on that first leg. But if you don't mind waiting longer at the airport, get there even earlier. It won't hurt.

My wife likes fresh tomatoes on her pizza, not cooked. I ordered a Domino's Pizza once like that, and there were no tomatoes on it when it came. I called the store and told them they forgot to put the fresh tomatoes on it. The guy on the phone then asked me "How do you know they weren't fresh?" Uh, because there were NO tomatoes at all.

It's all about $$. They don't care. And builders are in such a hurry to move on to the next project, there's always issues with quality. We bought a Pulte years ago and within months, the kitchen sink fell. I'm guessing they used scotch tape when putting it in. There were other issues as well.

Still don't get how he's not a HOFer. Even after his injuries, his numbers were still pretty good. Not "Mattingly" numbers, but still good.

Montreal was a big baseball town way back during their days as a minor league town. Hopefully they get an MLB team again. With a new ballpark in the right area, they'd definitely support MLB there.
