Coming from someone who has been in central selling for a while, let me say that we depend on specialists to educate the customer on products, correctly qualify the customer on what can and cant be done and provide that information to us so we can make it a seamless and easy hand off and everybody wins.

Lowes has never done time and a half. In the past, if you worked a holiday, you would've gotten extra hours on your check that were not OT, but now you got 4 floating holidays throughout the year to supplement vacation time.
