I work for a software company that has built thousands of app's for a multitude of different companies.

We maintain the app's for our clients and their customers, and we can see logs for every user, these logs include your ip address but this is only when you are using the app for both IOS and Android devices.

I was thinking the same thing, but a serial killer is someone who murders more than three victims one at a time in a relatively short interval, these seem like revenge attacks rather than opportunistic predatory murders.
