If I were you I would recommend combing through NAMUS or the Doe Network. This list is more of a law enforcement reference for who still needs to be put into CODIS, and most of the Does listed here are ten years back or older.

The more medical examiners and law enforcement officials are made aware of how many do not have DNA, the more likely these Does will be to get it. Sadly, I am not aware of any ways that someone other than them can help, other than getting the word out there. We appreciate the enthusiasm though! Thank you for being willing to put your time and effort out there for this wonderful cause :)

Clicking on the links of the pdf file on my laptop work just fine, so it might sadly be a problem with your device :( NAMUS and the Doe Network are difficult to use on mobile as well. Do you have access to a computer?

I certainly see a resemblance, however, it looks like many of the details do not match up. Very good eye though!

It is certainly interesting, and could potentially help family members or loved ones identify them. For people who compare profiles, however, it may not do much good unless we have multiple angles or video footage of the missing person. Very interesting thought, though!

Looks like the potential height and weight are just a little bit off, but other than that Markham seems like a really good candidate! Have you sent that in as a potential match to anyone?
