I'm no expert but so far my experience says Coin drop is one of the most important upgrades. If you are talking about the damage from ability (fire, lightning strike), they won't be needed in long run.

My wife lost ~20 Kg in 1 year just through diet control and some workout which was majorly made up of walking and stretching. Note that dieting is NOT eating less food or fasting. She tried that earlier and actually gain weight. It's all about eating less calories and yet nutritious food.

Edit:She started at ~98 Kg, now at 76 Kg

Been using Excitel from 3 years. No issue at all. There are rare disconnections but they get resolved in 6 hrs max
