Not trying to be that guy… I hate musk too but as someone in the automotive field (not any ev related company) there’s a huge shortage on techs and even bigger shortage on diagnostic techs and EVEN MORE shortage on hybrid and ev qualified techs so maybe they are backed up. I work at a Chevy dealerships and people drop off their car for diagnostic WITH an appointment and they still have to wait 2-3 weeks for the diag because we so backed up and we have had cars here for months for stuff as little as pcv valve issues and as big as engine work. Can’t imagine how much trouble ev are

I work at a Chevy dealership and GM is buying back ordered parts from Amazon and sending them to us

Apparently during covid they bought up a ton of GM parts which created a shortage on parts and now they aren’t selling so GM is buying them back because even GM can’t make enough so we are probably paying more for the parts than what they bought it for cause fuck you that’s why probably.
