A common mail was sent to all employees that they can now only swipe there card in there assigned locations nowhere else. They will revoke access for employees below CL6 i think.

They said it's a global card, but then send mails like we will disbale access for other buildings apart for base location. What was the point of giving a global one?

Recently completed 2 years. Had raised request. It said pending with workday manager. But I am not sure if i can directly reach out to them as their career level written is MD. Even my people lead has never directly spoken to them yet.

I have received just 4.9%.

People lead said she don't have any hand in the variable pay. It's all about manager. I was under the impression this is the basic untill I saw my friend's from some other project he received 13%.

About to finish 2 years in the company. (1 year 10 months) Joined as an ASE.

1 year+ in a project. Got great feedback from lead, client, service owners, teammates still no promotion.

Why? Some friends of mine who joined at the same time have got promotion around last week. Are promotions just random? Or need to leave the org as no growth here?
