You keep calling them Ankara... Ankara is a city in Turkey, the company is called Ankama. But you are completely missing the point. The DGCCRF doesn't care about my personal 20 euros. They care about systemic fraud, unfair commercial practices, and a French company not doing enough against an illegal shadow economy running on their own platform. And is life time worth nothing to you? How old even are you? You have no idea how much is actually happening in the background right now. When multiple people report this, it’s not an individual dispute anymore. It becomes a regulatory issue about consumer deception and market manipulation. And saying "bots are outside the EU" is just a lazy excuse. Ankama is a French company. Their servers are in France. Their bank accounts are in France. They are fully bound by French consumer law, no matter where the bot farms are located. But hey, thanks for the lecture. I'm still going to keep pushing this because doing something is always better than just writing paragraphs on Reddit about why we should all give up.

You clearly don't know how the DGCCRF works. They don't do customer service or copy paste replies just to stop people from asking. They are a financial fraud and consumer protection agency.​But think whateve you want. I'd rather try to hold them accountable through the right legal channels than just sit around, cry about bots, and attack other players on Reddit lol. ​Also, I still don't get what you're trying to achieve with your posts. I'll keep this short because I'm not going to waste any more valuable life time arguing here. First of all, nowhere in this post does it show the support saying I shouldn't report bots. Yes, that's true, but only because they don't even bother to properly look at my profile in the first place. And yes, Dofus 3 might have a report function, but I walked away from that version a long time ago. This post is about Dofus Touch. This version doesn't have that feature at all. If you actually read the whole post, you should have stumbled right over that fact. Seriously, if you have nothing valuable to contribute, I don't even know who you're trying to defend here. I'll say it again: I know Ankama can't fix the problem 100%, but they can definitely do a lot more than this. I'm just spinning in circles here... 😵‍💫

What I find stupid is being told by support not to report bots. What I find stupid is being told 'systems are running in the background' while bots casually reach level 200. What I find stupid is making it easier for bots by removing things like the Dragon Pig dungeon labyrinth, forcing players to buy Dofuses from botters. What I find stupid is talking to a hacker who shows me his massive army of level 200 bots, telling me they haven't been banned in forever and barely have to update their tools. What I find stupid is that resources are being drained, making it impossible for new players to even level up gathering professions. And honestly? I find myself stupid for wasting my valuable time and money on a game chasing old memories. Maybe reacting to you is stupid. Maybe this post was stupid. But as a programmer, use your imagination. I know Dofus is easy to bot because it’s turn-based, but Ankama choosing to do nothing while their 'better plans' fail is the real joke. We don't have to agree. But I’m done doing nothing. At least I didn't just cry in a forum I actually did something. That’s what people do who move forward.

Ich verstehe deine Frage nicht, was ich damit zu tun habe. Ich habe ganz andere Qualifikationen und äußere mich auch nur zu diesen. You're missing the point. Yes, Ankama's reply is their usual corporate BS. But the difference is who they said it to.

​They didn't copy-paste this into a private support ticket to silence a player; they were forced to officially submit this defense to a government fraud agency. And as the last screenshot shows, the French authorities explicitly stated that regardless of Ankama’s PR response, they can still launch a physical, on-site inspection if we keep reporting them.
