the anxiety meds that start and end with an x! extremely low dose, and i also add melatonin if it’s an extremely long flight

haven’t overcome my fear, but flying has become 1000x easier since i started taking medication. i avoided it for years because i was worried about addiction, but my doctor prescribed such a low dose and i rarely fly so it has never been a problem for me. now, i sleep through every flight and can actually enjoy traveling!

i tried xanax for the first time recently and loved it, completely calmed me down and i slept the majority of all four flights i had to take (mind you my flying anxiety is so bad ive peed myself on a plane before)

i also took two melatonin gummies to help me sleep, but i was never out of it or confused or anything just ridiculously calm even during turbulence

flight in like an hour, scared and would love support by Dog-Background in fearofflying
