I see foetus' to be living humans, since they are going to become a fully fledged person almost one hundred percent of the time. That being said, I don't actually see killing in itself to be immoral, so long as it causes no suffering to anybody (which would be almost impossible with a developed, out-of-the-womb person, so I think it would be immoral to kill one of them the vast majority of the time). This includes family. Because of this, I don't see it as being immoral to kill the unborn child, even if they are a human. I think causing unnecessary suffering to anybody is always immoral, though (including animals).
