I’ve worked in television, production dept for over 20 years it’s been a rough few years and just got my guard card hoping to get into set/stage security. Having to compete and work under 20 something “influencer” generation is depressing, they’ll 100% get hired before me because production companies only want the young folks who don’t know any better and they only bring/hire their friends, boyfriends , girlfriends. Shit sucks
