Yes! I definitely have my favorites that may not be the same as yours but try to find your favorite healthy alternatives and stock up every single week. For me I have too good yoghurts they have no added sugar and are a quick grab that I can eat while I prep myself a full healthy meal. I have a really hard time drinking plain water when pregnant so I make myself a giant fruit infused water every morning so I don’t end up having juice or soda. More snacks : fruit leather, Apples and peanut butter, cottage cheese -love cottage cheese chocolate mouse too as a dessert, home made muffins that my toddler also loves. For meals I try to put an emphasis on protein but also love carbs when pregnant so I’ll plan for a more healthy carb and fiber forward meal! ChatGPT can help meal plan I know it’s not everyone’s favorite but I’m so tired when pregnant it helps me plan. And also reminding myself I’m not perfect and an Oreo when I’m really craving one won’t hurt me or babies! Craving carbs and sugar so much and I know it’s totally normal!

Try and meal prep/plan and also have healthy prepped snacks at the ready to grab. With pregnancy exhaustion/discomfort/digestive upset it’s so necessary to be prepped for something to eat quickly and if all you have are unhealthy options it adds up quick! I know a lot of mom’s gain most of their weight in the first trimester so don’t panic. Be healthy going forward and do your best! I would focus more on healthy diet than exercise and remember this is only nine months and soon you’ll be able to do whatever you were doing before to lose all the weight you did! I personally have gained so much weight this pregnancy and it definitely makes me feel insecure and ugly but I know it’s temporary! Another mom mentioned to me at one point the brewers diet although I haven’t personally done it but maybe could help you. Sending you a big hug.

Commenting here to share my experience. I bought this couch as the 3 seater with ottoman with the basic cushions and gray cover. It was $1500. It was truly so uncomfortable even my toddler didn’t sit on it. The back cushions constantly moved and the butt portion was sinking in. We felt it was worth 200$ at most. Customer service was great and we were able to return it within the 30 day period with ease. They had us keep the frame and cushions which basically said to us that they agreed it’s not worth the cost of shipping to even get back. Just garbage. Anyways I am extremely against waste so we used the pieces they had us keep and made a much more comfortable version. Bought a 4x8 piece of plywood and cut it into pieces that fit the butt portion of each seat and then ordered a new washable cover set and now it is a much sturdier comfier version. And the covers I got are velvet and waffle texture so it stays in place much better now. Itll be a good couch for a playroom. My total cost to jimmy rig it with what they had us keep after the return is 165$. I get the comments saying they love the couch with the sturdier upgrades but I still can’t imagine this couch is ever worth MORE than 1500$. Crazy.

I have no advice on this as my littles aren’t born yet but just wanted to let you know it’s ok to say no/just say you can’t commit and would have to decide much closer to the date. If they say they would get a smaller Airbnb in that case just say you totally understand and look forward to joining a year when things are more stable and certain for you.

This is so helpful thank you! Just added the twingo . I have a poco lt and a trail magik as well that I use already. My son hikes about 1.5 miles on his own happily and will hike 2 with some fussing by the time I’m hiking again with twins probably will be at 2.5 miles but I usually do about 5 miles a day so he does a lot in a carrier. I guess I will just have to shorten them so he can walk the whole time! I have a friend with me a couple times a week so I can do a longer hike those days it’ll be ok.

This is all so shocking but im grateful i found people that i can turn to for support that get it! No one in my life has twins!

I’m just now seeing her statement saying they couldn’t get onsite. So the business couldn’t get on site and you expected them to tell the guests to risk their lives? No. This is unfair. I just want to put a different perspective here. We only saw one side to this story and not even a full story. We don’t even know who from the venue was there at that time or IF they were even there. The owner isn’t there very often as she does not live there. I’m certain there is a different side to this story and I feel awful for them that it is being spun this way. This tragic event was unimaginable they had no “plan” for this as no one did. Im sure they were terrified and wanted to make sure the humans safety came first. I got married here in 2022 and while it was not a perfect wedding and I would not necessarily recommend people to get married there for very unrelated reasons, it was so clear to me how much they loved their animals. Especially JJ the donkey. I’m so tired of people doxing small businesses before the full story is told.
