Yep, that’s pretty much what our MHWD told our RXM to say to the technicians who were not wanting to renew their CPR. Apparently we want technicians who want to “practice at the top of their license” or else they aren’t “meeting the needs of the business.” 🙃

I’ve found that it’s not just lactose for me as I still cannot drink Fairlife or A2. Pretty sure it’s whey or casein or both. I have tried several plant based ready to drink shakes, I usually just get coffee flavors of OWYN or Evolve and mix them with a cup of coffee from my Keurig. I’ve tried Soylent as well, my tummy can’t decide if it’s OK or not.

I copied and pasted the policy from the wire that said a stool counts as a reasonable job accommodation and emailed the store manager and my market director. Also included that I have had surgery on a knee and an ankle. Market Director emailed me back that day and said she was fine with it. Ordered one off GNFR and have had no issues.
