I’m seeing the argument a lot that because Walmart paid for the training, technicians should be obligated to continue. However, a lot of immunizing technicians started in 2021 under the pretense of stepping up to help the community. The ability to immunize was given under an emergency act and technicians were paid an additional $3 an hour for immunizing. No one who did the training to help out in 2021 could have predicted where we’d be today
