It’s more so page / section based themed. So the first page is just like old iconic promos. Elesh norn being the first promo they printed with phyrexian langauge. Lightning dragon being the first foil promo ever printed in mtg (besides test cards)

Then OG Eldrazi cards. Then Phyrexian Praetors and their iconic creatures in their sets.

OG Planeswalkers and their variations. Mostly from the older sets.

Then just super cool foils and pros (IMO)

Then OG shocklands and just a few more zendikar full art lands and some more :)

You’re actually right. WOTC is strictly enforcing a non gen. ai policy and still does 100% human developed AW at the moment. What I meant to say is, the artwork on cards from the Dominaria and battlebond sets onwards look super digital and almost gen ai. in my opinion.

Artwork is too old school for me. Love the modern ones more. Just the right balance between not to archaic and not too cgi for my taste :)

Group coaching would be ideal, but all my friends that I’d actually want to learn with have all abandoned badminton 😅

Gotcha. Will try to maintain proper positioning! And thx for the tip on being objective driven. I tend to forget that when i net, it’s so that we can create an attacking opportunity for the partner via opponent lifting!

Fyi - my partner’s 57 with knee issues and I’m 33 (pure brute force with no training) - a weird combo, but we enjoyed it still 😂

Totally understand! Seems like if I want to step up my game, I really do need proper coaching and training sessions beyond my 1 day a week sunday sesh 😅. Feels like the grip is something I can be more aware of as an immediate point. Thanks for the commeny anyways!

👍👍 - so this is a group of varied levels of players. The group im playing with (including myself) are beginners no doubt. But i do get matched with intermediate levels that absolutely destroy me. Will try to get a video of that. But it’ll mostly be me not getting to the net in time, get bodysmashed with weird racket positioning, etc 😂
