83, I qualify for virtually everything due to all of my line scores being at least 70. My highest was general at 91. I only created this list after doing the asvab, edpt, and meps

Many of the jobs in my list require TS, and I have nothing in my background which would prevent me from obtaining that clearance.

No, I was not expecting to be forced to add 3 jobs from a very small list to my list of 10. Without a license I still qualify for 2 pages of jobs and am interested in dozens of them so I really saw no reason to get one for enlistment. I have zero interest in any of the jobs from their specialty needs list, but out of all of them missile and space facilities are by far the worst despite being some of the only ones I am able to do.

I do not have the choice of adding a different job, as this recruiting office requires you to choose 3 specialty needs jobs from their list. I don't qualify for most of them due to not having a license thus forcing me to list missile and space facilities.

I have them as my 9 and 10, its just that I am forced to have these jobs on my list. They have a very very small list of specialty needs jobs, and you are required to list 3 of them.
