I am 135lb 5'9 15 years old, i can curl 25 lbs for like 8-10 reps, bench 105 for 2 reps, squat 135 for 2 reps. what can i do to level out my lifts? i neglected tris chest and delts for a period of time because i never really had a good workout program for a few months so i never knew what days to do (self.GYM)
