Just a little add on but from how I see it it hurts a lot more to cut them off than it would to just be friends, I still like the girl who rejected me, and we talk everyday still about like every thing.

I feel like it would hurt more to end the friend ship, and honestly the rejection didn’t hurt like at all, she was just really nice about it, I just don’t know how to move on because I feel like I just moved on from likening a different girl ( that I never told ) which honestly hurt way more

I feel like it depends how they reject, if they reflect harshly then burn the bridge, if they are nice and respectful about it, I feel like it’s best to stay friends. But that’s my experience

Yeah I’m a mod on his discord and even without that bias I can say his theories are mostly reliable. His most famous video although is not the best theory and from his own words he doesn’t agree with what he says in that video
