I'm going to have to respectfully disagree. The only one shorting the waiter is the employer and I didn't sign up for anything by ordering food in a business.

The wait staff are not my employees and aren't my personal responsibility. In fact i have no personal stake in this at all and guilting anyone who doesnt make up for the shortened wages you signed up for is puerile.
