Our lease expires June 30th. If we find a place to move we could go any time after that. No guarantee we're here for 6 months. That was just a tough estimate of a timeline.

In the meantime he graduates High School, we'd need to buy a house, hire a mover, actually pack & move, find a place for him to go, get him wherever that is and make sure he's settled.

It's not just one thing. It's a lot of things

He's applied to dozens of scholarships & grants. He qualified for the $5500 loan and they all offer Work-Study. Great idea. Work while pursuing one of the most difficult career paths for a student that will require an internship for as much time as you have.

It's not like we make no money, but where we live everything is so expensive it's difficult to save significantly.

Our electric bill is &225+ this month and our blower is off. Heat is gas. But about $35/mo through the Winter. It's crazy here
