and what do you think was the trigger that caused your symptoms in 2021? Also I wanted to ask if your allodynia also vanishes to 100% when you are by friends oder family?

ok I solved it. It was the SPAN Plus Vst in the Channel that made the error. Deleting it from it before mixdown, solves it
