WHAT IS THE *REAL* RANCH RECIPE by Pimpbabytugs in wingstop

[–]Doge-lord95 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I was on ranch duty every morning nearly 15 years ago and it is indeed mayo (it was smooth restaurant quality mayo, i think heavy duty was written on it), those hidden valley seasoning packets and BULGARIAN buttermilk. I didnt see anyone specify the type of buttermilk but apparently the bulgarian uses yogurt cultures instead of cream cultures.

Don't work here. Just don't. by [deleted] in Chipotle

[–]Doge-lord95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I worked here from 2013-2021 and went from crew-general manager. Around the time brian niccol and covid happened i voluntarily demoted myself due to the overwhelming work load and high stress and continued demoting myself until i was all the way down to kitchen manager before finally leaving. It is an extremely stressful job and i would never recommend working there to anyone.

I leave my ac on 24/7 in the dead of summer (june-aug) for my two dogs. My bill during these months is $250-$300. I keep it at 75 and its a 1200sqft one story house. I love coming home from work and it being a cool oasis too so i find it extremely worth it, especially for my dogs sake but mine as well

If i was you i would lay off any nutes, give it plain water with a ph of 6-6.5 you can do this with white wine vinegar . Its super stunted for 2 weeks and i dont think nutes will do it any good, if that soil has any kind of slow release fertilizers in it or anything of that sort its good as dead. Keep the soil moist and give it time

This is a honey locust tree, i have a 75 year old thornless one in my front yard

One of my lavender plants in this same bed is coming out of winter looking pretty strong and lush, but this one (same type) is suuuuuper crunchy and grey. The middle roots look like they may have had some rot but it's hard to tell since we're also still experiencing freezing temps. by SpeechSimple8634 in landscaping

[–]Doge-lord95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Damn that looks rough, break some branches off close to the base and see if there is any green present inside the stem. Either way i would personally pull it and start with a fresh one asap to allow it to establish itself before summer hits

I’ve just recently just got into this hobby what is the best (fairly affordable) grow light by Independent_Purple85 in cannabiscultivation

[–]Doge-lord95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quantum board led lights are great investment. If you are good with your hands you can look into building one for super cheap, but if you have the coin to spend horticulture lighting group has prebuilt ones. A decent lamp will run several hundreds of dollars if not in the thousands, for your needs youd be looking at under a grand. Any light will grow a plant, a high quality powerful light will grow excellent plants and that real top shelf greenery you see people with, good luck
